As a speaker, I bring together lived experience, entrepreneurship, faith, beauty, wellbeing and practical self-leadership. The REAL Reset can also be offered as a corporate workshop or women’s wellbeing experience for teams, organisations and internal events. These sessions are especially relevant for Women’s Month, wellness days, leadership programmes, employee wellbeing initiatives and corporate events focused on women in the workplace. The focus is practical wellbeing, self-leadership and sustainable performance — helping women become more grounded, intentional and supported in the way they lead themselves at work and at home.
